|Company Description||We are looking for a Quality Control Manager for one of our clients which is one of the sector.|
|Job Description||Manage and organize all studies including finished and semi finished drug product testing, stability testing, raw materials and packaging materials testing, validation testings
Perform personnel management, work organization, budget follow-up in all quality control departments and report to top management in an accurate and timely manner
Ensure all laboratory equipment is sufficient and ready to use and all the studies that can affect the product quality like calibration and maintenance of these equipments are performed on time
Ensure all SOPs and procedures relevant to the quality control group are managed in a timely manner
Provide an effective working environment, build team spirit and improve motivation in the laboratories. Ensure the support to the analysis for their developments.
Create a lean scheduling for the lab work load.
Ensure all process and cleaning validation activities in the master plan are completedand reported. Review and approve process and cleaning validation plan and protocols.
Review laboratory activities, troubleshoot and report possible backlogs to Quality Unit Head while closing the gaps|
|Skill Required||Experience in a pharmaceutical company is a must
Have adequate GMP compherension, observation skills, training and experience
Good administration attributions such as leadership and problem solving, decision making, organized working, setting a good example to others
Excellent command of verbal and written English
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Strong communication skills
Analytical thinking skills and result oriented attitude|
