Job DescriptionThe Role: Reporting to the VP of International Key Accounts, the Director of Strategic Accounts will manage a finite number of important key account customers with a focus on creating further growth within, and will be responsible for: Identifying key decision makers and developing relationships with different lines of the business within existing key accounts. Proposing opportunities to existing key accounts for business solutions by learning and assessing client's strategic needs. Evaluating and delivering new business opportunities to key accounts based on core sales growth potential taking into account size/scope of the opportunity, time lines, future sales potential, level of customization, and anticipating and understanding customer expectations. Driving client projects forward by working internally with Engineering and Production to achieve client time lines and deliver successful results.
Skill RequiredThe Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred. 6 - 8 + years consultative sales experience with a focus on key account management, ideally selling food ( menu generation) and or equipment to Quick Service restaurant industry Ability to network within an international organization to identify and build long term relationships with decision makers within a few Top Tier accounts Proven client management skills with experience presenting to C level decision makers Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with all lines of business including engineers and production staff. Experience working in high energy, team based, lean and entrepreneurial organization. Exposure to the 80/20 business process approach would be a huge benefit
