Currently seeking to add a new business developer - individual contributor to grow and expand their business by targeting international companies with headquarters in Germany. Ideally, you are well connected with a hunter-mentality to hit the ground running and make an impact in driving sales. Due to extensive travel within Germany, you can either be home-based or work from a local office close to you.
Job DescriptionReporting to the Regional Business Manager based in France & Vice President based in Switzerland, you will be responsible for: Selling certification services utilizing the strength of international affiliates business infrastructure and resources. Defining and maintaining a target list of prospect clients and developing a sales strategy for the region to achieve defined sales targets. Developing global proposals for German clients in accordance to standard global pricing structure. Following up on all proposals and conduct client presentations and developing relationships with and cooperating with other regional sales teams, referring local clients, and attending local sales meetings. Tracking the progress of market and sales goals and ensure marketing and sales objectives are met. Coordinating cross-business activities within the organization to sell into key accounts.
Skill RequiredBachelor’s degree required preferably in business or related area 5 + years business development/sales experience in services industry. Proven track record in selling services and demonstrated experience in building new business and/or extending services into new markets. Proven ability to assess the needs of current and potential clients and demonstrated experience in building strong client relationships. Self starter with a driven work ethic coupled with strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals Excellent communication, writing, presentation and analytical skills. Solid presentation skills and ability to interact effectively with senior management and peers Knowledge of ISO's certifications, 2nd and 3rd party audits would be a plus.
