|Job Description||Chronos Consulting's client is the leading global provider of full-service SAP services to small to mid-market businesses. There are aggressively expanding in the USA and we are seeking a Director to help develop and expand their Large Enterprise business.
Reporting to the VP of Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for:
Generating business through relationship building, conducting sales presentations, creating rfps, and pursuing new opportunities with existing clients.
Establishing solid customer relationships by acting as a single point of contact, resolving potential issues before they arise.
Managing 3-5 SAP projects and resources at a time, ensuring on time and on budget delivery as well as client satisfaction.
Collaborating with HR/Delivery team to determine appropriate project staffing.
Supporting the VP of Strategic Accounts in building the Large Enterprise business.
|Skill Required||The Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred (Master's a plus).
8+ years experience leading a diverse sales and/or delivery team in SAP.
Proven track record of selling SAP solutions at a VP/Director level.
Analytical problem solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
Developed negotiation skills and the capacity to drive and lead change.
Strong, customer focused, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast changing environment in a team setting without close supervision.
ASAP methodology experience and PMP certification a plus.|
